Plant Managers mostly are focused on optimising production, asset utilisation and increasing profits. Energy Management or Pinch Analysis is directly related to all the three initiatives. In additional to the suggested ways to get the buy-in from Plant Management. It may be relevant to project the savings/efficiency gains from comprehensive energy management. For example; A value statement like we will save $20 million in 5 years with efficient energy management is much more appealing than saying pinch analysis is critical for efficient plant management. The more specific you are with your value statement, easier it will be to gain the buy-in....
In type 1 diabetes, the body normally does not produce insulin. This is why is commonly known as insulin dependent diabetes, juvenile diabetes or early diabetes. Most people develop type 1 diabetes before they are 40 years old, it’s also common in teenage and early adult years. Patients with type 1 diabetes will have to take insulin for the rest of their lives. Their blood sugar level has also to be closely monitored and this calls for special diets as well as regular blood tests. Type 1 account for 10% of all diabetes cases....
